Remembering our father Late #ShivnathSinhasanSingh# today, 3rd October on his 41st "PUNYATITHI"!Our father Late #ShivnathSinhasanSingh#(1919 -1980) was respectfully addressed as "#BabuSaheb#" in the adjoining region of our native place of #BhikhampurBhagwanpurHatSiwan#.He always knew the perpetual fact that nothing is permanent and therefore, firmly believed in donating time, money, expertise, experience , skill set or talent to help create a better community and he effectively implemented and maintained this spirit of goodwill and cooperation throughout his life span regardless of his status or net worth. Donation of a sizable parcel of our Joint Land to Government of Bihar in 1966 to build a Primary Primary School at that time and now upgraded to High School at present is an illustrative example of his generous act of service to the people of our area. During Bhoodan Movement spearheaded by Sant Vinoba Bhave, he not only donated a parcel of land to a poor family of my village but also inspired others to do so with his convincing skill and quoting Sanskrit Shlokas: धनानि भूमौ पशवश्च गोष्ठे भार्या गृहद्वारि जनाः स्मशाने ।देहश्चितायां परलोकमार्गे कर्मानुगो गच्छति जीव एकः।। He always inspired us to act boldly but honestly and be a hero in the strife. He often used to say " If you are true, you don't need to be afraid".His personality was charismatic and full of positivity. Stream of visitors at our house was regular phenomenon and no person was disappointed . Officers from local Block office were regular visitors to our house and he didn't allow any visiting officers to leave our house without having lunch. He always used to say"You don't know in what form God will meet you" and therefore, treated every human being as representative of Almighty God.Honestly speaking, the life of our great father remind us invariably that we must make our life sublime.His departed persona, aura and soul has naturally left a foot print on the sands of time and we all brothers and sisters are assiduously and continuosly following the same because that will be a mute tribute to him.Our Respectful Tribute to KAKA( Father) on his 41st PUNYATITHI !!

There is golden saying that when we have a right beginning then there is never end. It amply applies with my daughter Nisha Nirshu Singh B.Tech.It would be not out of the context to mention here that she has maintained her academic excellence throughout her academic career invariably and has won accolades at all level right from begining. It was bound to happen and it happened yesterday.We are extremely happy and delighted to share all our relatives, friends and well wishers that our daughter Nisha Nirshu Singh B.Tech who was undergoing training after completing her Graduation in Engineering from reputed Manipal University has been finally selected in a leading and largest Corporate Organization yesterday, 21st July,21.It is really a proud moment for all of us and we are strong confident that Nisha will make vital contribution to her organization success in days to come not wholly nor fully but very substantially. Congrats Nisha !

His unconditional love for our brothers and sisters was on par with his three daughters. He cared all of us truly and therefore, it was expressed naturally by his upstream and downstream linkages of adopted processes and achieved performances.Every evening, he used to set the tone of our Group Evening Teaching Session by articulating value of knowledge and its application with innovation and continuous upgradation. He believed that continual improvement should be permanent objective. Citing Shlokas from Gita, he often tell us that "Efforts is important and not the result."He was a man of spiritual orientation.Under his supervision , perodic Puja of #SatynarayanBhagwan# and #LordTrilokinathBhagwan# was part and parcel of our childhood.Daily evening #Aarti# chanting #Haribol# was our routine and culture and so was briefing of Radio News updates filtering news of national and international importance. He was accepted as a role model inside and outside our family and had a very well exposure to all religious epics predominantly #RamcharitManas# #VinayPatrika# and most importantly #Gita#. He often used to quote various #Choupaiyans# and #Shlokas# of #RamcharitManas# and #Gita# respectively during regular interactions with people. He was ardent followers of #SanatanDharma# and imbibed the values and principles of #SanatanDharma# in his entire life span not wholly nor fully but very substantially. He used to tell us invariably " there is always enough for a man' s need but not enough for his greed". After his retirement from West Bengal Police, he put a concerted efforts to create awareness for absolute necessity of quality education amongst us and accorded an added impetus to achieve the same. During his services in Bengal Police, he had worked closely with British Officers and therefore, his passion for English language was legendary . He was a Task Master and therefore, closely monitored and tracked the assigned tasks continuously along with planned academic performances frame by frame to be the best in every endeavour. We all spent most of our childhood with him. He was really a blessings, a precious gift of God .He was largely instrumental in shaping my career in particular during formative stage.I was like having :A Great Coach, A Favourite Teacher , A Big Brother,A Guide,A Philisopher ,And A Best Friened - All Rolled in to One.He was a man like no other who:Believed in me,Listened to me,Supported me,Guided meBut most of all he loved me UNCONDITIONALLY.Vinamra Shradhanjali BABU !

My wife Rekha Nirshu Singh got Covid -19 Vaccine. Request all of you to get it in a timely manner . What needs to be done must be done on time. Life is precious gift of God. There is no retake. Let us effectively ensure and maintain Covid -19 SOPs and live a healthy life.

"Vakratundam MahakayaSuryakoti SamprabahaNirvighnakarudevaSarvakaryeshu Sarvada." It goes without saying that India - that is Bharat is predominantly a land of #SanatanDharma and therefore, religious rituals and its strict observance is way of our daily life. It is there in our routine and culture .We don't put a drop of water in our mouth in the morning without completing our routined Puja. Festivals and its celebration in our #SanatanDharma culture is everyday, every month and year over year. However, some major festivals have a great place in our Hinduism and #GanpatiPuja is one of them.Every year in the month of August or September, Ganpati Puja is celebrated on Ganesh Chaturthi which spans over a period of 10 days and comes to an end on Anant Chaturdasi. This year in 2021 Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated on 11th September and Anant Chaturdashi on 19th September with Visarjan . This festival is most popular festival all over in India. We pray Lord Ganesha to tide over the current crisis of COVID -19 and bless the people of all over the world to live in peace along with prosperity, good health, fortune and excellence in their field.We have been celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi over the years at my Mumbai and #BhikhampurBhagwanpurHatSiwan# residences simultaneously . Rememembering my Mother Late  #ShobhaDevi#(1931-2014) who inspired and taught us to  imbibe  the  core values of our  #SanatanDharma in our families.Those  values and ethics  are the seeds of culture and civilization where excellence blossoms on our lives.

She always used to teach us to face all situations boldly believing in heart and God overhead and resolve all  issues/ conflicts and disagreement with fineness and compounded with spiritual orientation.

The best thing was that whenever I would step out of my #BhikhampurSiwan ancestral house after paying regular visit to proceed for Mumbai , she would ask me every time  as to  when would  I  come back  again. Now, there is no question  nor answer session between mother and son.

Days have passed by,

Weeks have slipped by,

Time has rolled on,

The world has changed from year to year,

Our lives from day to day,

But the love and memory of you 

Shall never change.

My uncle Late Shri Janak Deo Singh(1911-2004)- Retired from West Bengal Police was second father to me.I spent most of my childhood with him. He was a blessings and largely instrumental in shaping my career during my formative stage.I was like having :A Great Coach, A Favourite Teacher , A Big Brother And A Best Friened - All Rolled in to One.He was a man like no other who:Believed in me,Listened to me,Supported me,Guided me But most of all he loved me UNCONDITIONALLY. Vinamra Shradhanjali !

There is a golden saying that "A bend in the road is not the end of the road unless we fail to turn." A leader has to work as a Change Agent and manage change with agility and innovation compounded with conviction, commitment and collaboration . He has to keep abreast of cutting edge technology and technological development on global scenario and integrate technology with strategy by innovative and scientific techniques.The Energy Seeds Technology being designed and developed by Engineering students of Mechanical stream led by my Son Rahul Nirshu Singh B.Tech is an illustrative example of innovation with entrepreneurial skills at University lvl.
